Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place
  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment
  • Workshop fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or rescheduled with at least 7 days' notice
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date will forfeit the full workshop fee

Workshop Participation

  • Participants must be 16 years or older, or accompanied by a parent/guardian
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered
  • Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the workshop facilitator

Health and Safety

  • Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the workshop
  • Participants work with natural ingredients and essential oils; patch testing is recommended
  • Aprons and protective equipment will be provided
  • The workshop space is maintained to high hygiene standards
