Shipping Within New Zealand

Standard Shipping

Cost: $8.00 (Free shipping on orders over $75)
Delivery time: 3-5 business days
Tracking: Provided for all orders

Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted in small batches to ensure maximum freshness:

In-stock items: 1-2 business days processing
Made-to-order items: 3-5 business days processing
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
Real-time tracking updates
Estimated delivery date

Packaging

Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@harpella.co.nz. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Rural Delivery

Rural delivery addresses in New Zealand may require additional delivery time (1-2 extra days). Rural delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
