Storage & Shelf Life

Our products are made with natural ingredients without synthetic preservatives. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within 6-12 months of opening for best results. Each product includes a best-before date on the label.

All our skincare products are for external use only. Keep out of reach of children. If product is accidentally ingested, seek medical attention immediately.

Consumer Rights & Guarantees

As a New Zealand business, we comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Under this Act, you have certain rights and guarantees when purchasing our products:

Your Rights:
If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. The remedy will depend on whether the failure is major or minor. For a major failure, you can choose to reject the product and get a refund, or keep the product and seek compensation for the drop in value. For a minor failure, we must repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, or if we can't do that, you can choose to treat it as a major failure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harpella, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms. You also acknowledge that you are using our products at your own risk.

The maximum liability of Harpella for any claim arising out of or relating to our products shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

This limitation of liability does not apply to the extent it would contravene the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory consumer protection laws.
